A tasty hot cereal very similar to Wheateena (R), made of toasted cracked wheat with added wheat bran. We grind local wheat berries in our stone mill and toast the cereal in our brick bread oven. Boil in 3 parts water for one part cereal, simmer for 10 minutes and enjoy with milk, brown sugar, or maple sypup.
