Big beautiful leafy green vegetable with stems of many colors including gold, pink, orange, purple, red, and white. So colorful that some people even use this chard in flower arrangements. The taste is a bit gentler than ordinary swiss chard. Great cooked, or also eaten raw when mixed into a salad or sandwich. You can also blanch the large leaves and use instead of a tortilla to make a wrap!
